Questions
Why email only?
Email can be sent properly from domains you control, with clear opt-outs and sensible limits. Automating LinkedIn accounts breaks LinkedIn's rules and puts your profile at risk, so we don't do it.
So what happens with LinkedIn?
We draft a personal LinkedIn message for each prospect. You copy it with one tap, open their profile and send it yourself.
Who is it for?
Businesses contacting other businesses (B2B), starting with event organisers looking for sponsors, exhibitors and delegates. We don't email consumers or personal addresses.
Is it compliant with UK rules?
We contact business addresses only, with a relevant reason to get in touch, and every email has a clear way to opt out, which we honour straight away. Open tracking is off by default. We don't use bought email lists. Lynch 369 Ltd is registered with the ICO (ZC275882). You stay responsible for what you offer and for approving your campaigns.
Which email address do emails come from?
From you, on separate sending domains in your own brand that we set up and warm up for you. Your main domain is never used for outreach. If you leave, the domains are yours.
What counts as a prospect?
A person at a company we research and contact for the first time. Follow-ups and replies to people already contacted don't count against your 300.
What happens if I reach my limit?
You'll get a warning at 80% and 100%. At 100%, new outreach pauses but follow-ups and replies carry on. You can add 300 more for £149, and we never charge for extra without you agreeing first.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime from your account page. The monthly plan has no contract. Your plan runs to the end of the month you've paid for.
What does the free sample include?
10 to 20 researched prospects with draft emails, based on what you tell us. There's no payment and no obligation. One free sample per company.
Can you guarantee results?
No. We can't promise replies or meetings, and we won't make up numbers. That's why you see a free sample first and can cancel anytime.
