Privacy policy
Company policy. Last updated: 16 October 2026
This is Lynch 369 Ltd's company policy for Sorted Reach. It may be updated as the service launches; we'll post changes here.
Who we are
Sorted Reach is run by Lynch 369 Ltd (company no. 17522352), 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. We are the data controller for this website and are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ZC275882). Contact: hello@sortedreach.co.uk.
What we collect from this website
When you fill in the sign-up form we collect your name, work email, company, website or event page, what you're selling, your phone number if you give it, and your consent. We also record the date and the country your request came from. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
Why we use it
To prepare your free sample, to contact you about the founding offer and Sorted Reach, and to keep a record of your consent. Our lawful bases are your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to your request. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us or replying "unsubscribe".
People we contact for customers
When the service is live, we process business contact details (such as names, job titles and work email addresses) of people at companies our customers want to reach, from public sources such as company websites and Companies House, or from lists customers provide and confirm they're allowed to use. We contact business addresses only, include a clear opt-out in every email, honour opt-outs straight away and keep a suppression list so people who opt out aren't contacted again. For this outreach, our customer and we will each have responsibilities under data protection law, which our customer terms set out. Anyone contacted can ask us where we got their details, or ask us to stop, at hello@sortedreach.co.uk.
Who we share it with
Trusted suppliers who help us run the service, such as website hosting (Cloudflare), email delivery, payments (Stripe, once paid plans launch) and email and calendar providers. They act on our instructions. We don't sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Sign-up details are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer or ask us to delete them sooner. Opt-out records are kept so we can respect them.
International transfers
Some suppliers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct, delete or restrict it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@sortedreach.co.uk. If you're unhappy, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
