Terms of service
Company policy. Last updated: 16 October 2026
These are Lynch 369 Ltd's draft company terms for Sorted Reach. Paid plans aren't open yet; the terms you accept when you pay will be shown to you then and take priority.
These terms are between Lynch 369 Ltd (company no. 17522352, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, "we", "us") and the business that signs up ("you"). Sorted Reach is for businesses only, not consumers.
1. The service
1.1 Sorted Reach finds and researches business prospects, drafts personal emails and follow-ups for your approval, sends approved emails from sending domains set up in your brand, sorts replies and helps book calls. 1.2 We draft LinkedIn messages for you to send yourself; we don't automate LinkedIn. 1.3 We don't guarantee any number of replies, meetings or sales.
2. Free sample
One free sample per company, of 10 to 20 researched prospects with draft emails. There's no charge and no obligation. We may decline a sample request.
3. Prices and payment
3.1 The plan is £249 + VAT a month for up to 300 new prospects a month. Top-ups of 300 prospects are £149 + VAT. The annual plan is £2,490 + VAT a year. Extra sending inboxes are £25 + VAT setup plus a monthly fee shown before you agree. 3.2 Founding customers pay £149 + VAT a month for their first 12 months, then £249 + VAT, and we'll email before the change. The founding offer is limited to the first 10 customers and asks for reasonable feedback. 3.3 Monthly plans are billed in advance and can be cancelled anytime, with the plan running to the end of the paid month. We never charge for top-ups without your agreement. 3.4 If a payment fails we may pause new outreach until it's resolved.
4. Your responsibilities
4.1 You'll only use Sorted Reach to contact businesses about relevant offers, and won't target consumers or personal email addresses. 4.2 You won't upload bought or scraped lists you don't have the right to use. 4.3 You approve prospects and emails before they're sent and are responsible for the accuracy of facts you give us and the lawfulness of your offer. 4.4 Logins are for your own team only and mustn't be shared with or resold to other companies (fair use).
5. Sending and protection
5.1 We set daily sending limits and may pause sending if bounces, spam complaints or domain health problems occur, or if we reasonably believe use breaches these terms or the law. 5.2 Every email includes an opt-out, and opt-outs are honoured across your account. 5.3 Sending domains bought for you are yours; if you leave we'll transfer them to you on request.
6. Data protection
Each party will comply with UK data protection law. Our privacy policy explains how we use personal data. A data processing addendum will form part of the paid terms.
7. Liability
Nothing limits liability that can't be limited by law. Otherwise our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid in that period, and we aren't liable for lost profits, revenue or opportunities.
8. Changes and ending
We may update these terms with reasonable notice by email. Either party can end the service as set out above; we may end it immediately for serious breach.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
